What is the BABG?
The Brussels & Area Business Group (BABG) is a network of local businesses and relevant committees with an interest in building more vibrant communities and a prosperous local economy. A unified voice for local business issues, the BABG will also serve as a forum for discussion and the sharing of information, tools, resources, and best practices in the spirit of collaboration.

What is included in the membership?
As a BABG member, information about your local business will be included in an online directory*, promoted by the BABG and freely accessible to the public as well as listed in our yearly print calendar. For an additional fee, your business can be profiled in a printed calendar which will be offered for sale to the general public annually. If needed, a photographer will be made available to capture images for the calendar – images that best represent your business.

How much is the membership?
Membership in the BABG is only $20.00 annually. If you are interested in having your business profiled in the annual printed calendar, membership costs $50.00 per year.

Why should my business be a part of the BABG?
Perhaps a better question is, why shouldn’t it? With a low annual membership fee and no mandatory meetings to attend, this is a very cost-effective marketing strategy for your business. In addition, as a BABG member, you are linked with other local businesses that may share informational resources to further enhance your business practices.

How do I become a member?

You will be required to complete a membership form and either email it to BABG2021@hotmail.com or mail it along with your membership fee (cheques only please) to Brussels & Area Business Association, Box 610, Seaforth, ON, N0K 1W0.
